Grace before meals led by Father Patrick Joseph Martin. Guests dining. Food includes lechon baboy (roasted pig), roasted calf, Rice, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Sauteed Vermicelli, Chopsuey (mixed vegetables) Lasagna, Pork Fillet with Apple Sauce and Braised Porkloin with Eggs . For desert, Chocolate Cake Squares, and Mango Souffle, fresh fruits, bananas, mango and apples. Wedding cake designed and created by Chedz courtesy of Dr. Janet Porcia and Mr. & Mrs Chiong.
