2005 Tok Race of Champions 8 dog team

This is a video from the first day of the 2005 Tok Race of Champions in Tok, Alaska. I was having a really smoking run, but the left wheel dog got tired and hot about 3/4 of the way in, and that was all she wrote for that day. The Tok trail is really fun, very fast and flat, but with some really challenging turns. About 30 seconds from the end of this video, you will hear me yelling, "Haw" because the fence was down that was supposed to block off the open-class trail down which drops down on to a river. The dogs almost went that way, but I was able to talk Goose into staying on the trail.
