That has to be one of the first ALF's with a Pitman Snorkel. They were still making the 1000 series when ALF bought out ATO who was Pitman's owner at the time. Previously ALF elevating platforms were the Aero Chiefs. E. Norriton, PA had (and may still have it) an identical rig but was red and white.
