  • A six pack in 2 minutes a day? All these do is strengthen your muscles. Nothing more. If you want to get a six pack people, it's cardio, cardio, cardio. That melts away the fat covering your stomach to reveal the six pack. No amount of ab exercises will give you a six pack without cardio.Don't get me wrong, you want to do these exercises, but this is fault advertisment that many infomercials sell on people. Cardio is 90% of a six pack. Fact.

  • do the 6 inches with your hands to the side, its harder, and a better workout. Same thing with the kicks.

  • @sTyLnK Definitely! Of course, you'd like to strengthen your muscles, but they won't show out if you don't burn the fat above them! I was in the Counter-Terrorist Unit of the IDF and when they started beating us on the first days of the course, my belly could comprehend all the beatings without any memorable mark of pain, yet I didn't seem to have any sign for shaped abs underneath the beer belly :). So cardio it is!

  • Does not using your hands under your butt make the workout better as in results? Does it change anything at all?

  • @sTyLnK not if you have a skinny frame, then you dont need cardio, instead you need workouts to make them show and appear more.

  • @sTyLnK Everyone has a six-pack,yeah it does. but isn't there a difference between '' Theo Walcot's'' six-pack and ''Hannibal's'' six pack ?

    everyone has a biceps,triceps,pectoralis,quad­riceps,

    And in theese videos,you are gaining strength,definition and you are losing fat.

    What is better ?
