ya sure is my truck. and yes it was and is still bone stock minus the cut off muffler. and yes the ford was chipped with an air raid cold air and cut off muffler. i figure mine did not too bad considering mine is 4 wheel drive and his 3 years newer only a two wheel drive.

@hemieata really then why do you see alot os 2nd gen ram 1500s withe 200,000 plus miles on them and running strong? Ford, chevy and dodge are all great trucks, and all have there ups and downs

@blawilliams hahaha you have not lived enough to say that I'am wrong junior. Dodge offered 3.92/3.73 gears in the 1990's but their main gear was 3.55, you are just a fucking idiot plain and simple end of discussion.

@fastvwg60 lol, call me what u want, but i will call u what u r...wrong. They only started offering the 3.55 the same time they said thier trucks got 20 mpg. From the time they redesigned back in the late 90's they used primarily 3.9, until they discontinued the 5.9 and went to the 5.7, they went primarily with the 3.7 and still offered the 3.9, and now for fuel mileage they offer the 3.55 again. Go watch previous motortrend vids, dodge gets thier speed from lower rear gears....DUH...BOY...lol

@blawilliams You are truly the stupidest fuck on youtube, because there are by far more 3.55 geared hemi trucks at the local Dodge dealers than anything else kid. If you are talking about R/T hemi dodge rams, well that is a different story but the regular 1/2 and 3/4 ton pick ups are mainly geared 3.55.

@fastvwg60 lol, the 3.55 has only been an option for 2 yrs (option). The main rear " which is mainly what u will find on the lot", is a 3.73...3.9, and fords is a 3.55 BOY...LOL

@fastvwg60 actually, i got tired of your nonsense and went to look for myself, and i was kinda wrong. They started offering the 3.55 option again in 09, the same year they advertised 20 mpg with the cylinder cut out engine. I was unaware of that, sry..... but go watch motortrend or whatever u want, when dodge does its spd ratings, they always have 3.7/3.9 rears. The 3.55 is only an option now, not the main. Every guy ive ran across with a dodge has a 3.9, which is why i refuse to race them

I also went to several local Dodge dealers, and they do have plenty of 1/2 ton Hemi pick ups with 3.55 gears on them. What we have here is that you are full of love for the Fraud brand and that is ok, but don't come here and talk shit about other truck makers when you obviously don't know shit !

Your freakin nuts if u think that dodge is making a 1/2 ton 5k lb pickup that does 6.4 0-60 with a damn 3.55. I went running around with a buddy after work tonight who has a 01 5.9 quad cab dodge.... He still has his sale paper on it, and guess what.... 3.9 rear! lol quit arguing... u r WRONG
