@sevenoh9 Box is 60% of an install at least. I have seen a single 8" DD 1508 outplay my 2 10" rockford T1's on 2000 RMS. Wattage means nothing in the world of SPL. Its a number that illustrates the power handling of the loudspeaker, Setup is the real thing. I agree, that JL audio W7 is one of the better sounding car subwoofers I, but there are MANY subwoofers that illustrate the same charicteristics as a W7 for 1/2 the cost.
TC Sounds subwoofers are an example.

@Sethekk11 i get my back window to flex and my windsheild wipers to flex, im happy with that on a termlab i hit a 146.3 but.... they didnt have an spl mic they used an AUX mic or something so i paid to get a accurate db and im not too sure if i can believe my numbers:/

@ALTW7 Fi's are definitely an SPL sub. My friend has some Fi 15's in his car, and they're loud as hell. With just one JL 12w7, my trunk flexs about an inch during the summer, so it's loud enough for me :)

@Sethekk11 got a 12 dub7 too with 100/1 in ho box but this thing looks mean i play the same song in this one, and its loud but not like that haha, sucks in a way but my jealousy would change only if i heard how the bass sounded from one of those

@theps3hacka Yes amen to that, their z-series is like an experiment gone completely batshit. I have an aq HDC315 which is almost like their 3500. With 1600 watts, it's complete insanity.
