I wish they'ed put her narrating over it .. shes so smart and they totally miss that out ... I don't like the film, I prefere the way I pictured it all in my head than seeing it on screen...

Gah. This isn't how it's supposed to be. Offred was submissive, kept her eyes down. She wore almost a nun's habit of white "wings" on her head, and the red dress was almost bell-shaped. Serena Joy was curt with Offred, not her buddy. They didn't wear those veils, either.
