Goldeneye Counter-Strike Mod

Thanks for watching, I'm sorry for the horrible graphics...I recently updated my graphics card, but never got the chance to make a new video because the server was shut down. There is a new video from when vertex hosted my mod, in the video description.

The mod includes:

Free for all deathmatch style killing with in-game weapon menu. Custom skins for the M4a1, the USP, the Compac, ak-47, P90, scout, etc.

Throwing knives, paintball mod live mp3 streams of goldeneye music (Pausable) deathmatch style killing, 50 kills to win (Some maps 25) Live streaming death sound with fade to red (New) HUD displaying health and armor (new) weapon skins for the scout, and p90 (new)

Maps include: bunker, facility, archives, carrington institute, hollywood (Duke Nukem), villa, stack, basement, library, fortress, etc.

Also includes maps from the game Perfect Dark. Perfect dark resembles goldeneye very well, so we decided to make maps and add things from the game to the mod. (discluding skins)

The original dballshouse GE mod is no longer up and running, nor is the sykoshouse GE mod. There are many copies of the mod over the CS community, but they're probably not like the one in this video.

FAQ's:

Where do I download this mod?
You don't. Like the video title says AND the description, this is a mod for counter-strike 1.6. Which means that you launch counter-strike 1.6 off of steam, you go to console, type in "Connect (IP)," download the files, play. It is NOT a 3rd party program.

How was the mod and clan started?
The mod was created in 2005 by the original owner/creator of the mod "dballs" he had the idea of joining his 2 favorite games, and he produced "dballshouse". The clan and mod went on until late 2008 and disbanded. The clan and mod were re-established in early 2009 by myself and a few old clan members under the hosts "Vertex-Gaming," which was "sykoshouse," that went on for about 4 - 5 months and then was disbanded.

Can I buy or have the mod for my own selfish needs?
No. The mod is not for sale. If you are looking to host this mod you can message me and we'll go from there.

Can I host the mod?
Depends. I don't give out the mod to anyone and everyone. If you are looking to host this mod, send me a message and we can go from there. The mod is missing a few files that I've managed to find, but some maps may not work (Missing WAD files and MDL files and some sound files)

Is that a Nintendo Zapper for the NES?
Yes. We put it in there for a joke (And because we couldn't find a compac skin)

Why are there Perfect Dark maps and Duke Nukem maps in here?
Perfect Dark is made by the same company as goldeneye was, and it's pretty much the exact same kinda game. Duke Nukem falls in the category because it's a fps classic shooter that everyone loved...and there's only 1 map on the server resembling it (happens to be my favorite map)

Where's the IP?
Check the video Annotations or check the video description for one. If it says "This server is dead" or "This server no longer has an IP" then there's your answer.

Why is this video shitty?
Onboard graphics.

Why is there such a huge end credits?
I don't know. There's nothing stopping you from exiting.

Side note: The mod is floating around the gaming community of counter-strike. You may be able to find a server that's up, but remember...that's most likely not the original you see in this video. I've seen a few mods that are exactly the same, and were probably distributed by either me or dballs. I will not distribute or advertise the IP seeing how I was not notified of this server even existing.

There are no plans of resurrecting this mod. So I say good bye to the best mod of CS 1.6 history.
