  • Floyd Radford was from Winter Park, FL. Played in a band called The Marshmallow Steamshovel in the late 60s. Then, he and two others from that band formed Tin House, which opened for JW at some concerts. Floyd was a soft-spoken, self-effacing and a great guitarist. Happy to hear about his engineering degree.

  • i will interpret what that idiot is saying..."Boy O boy...That MF'er from Beaumont Texas can sure kick some major German hieney! He plays like his guitar can extinguish any type of fire with sound waves. Stevie Ray Vaughn HAS to be his long lost son...born form the womb from some groupie that Mr Winter fondled on the road in 1968. We would not have declared war on USA if we would have known America had such a secret weapon named Johnny Winter! PLEASE GET JW INTO THR RR HALL OF FAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Performance?? Awesome! Clown talking during said performance?? Not so much..........

  • Johnnys playing like a demon then some dick at .52 decides to treat it like a sport commentary.

  • Reward Dead Or Alive!

    Saarbruecken/Germany

  • Floyd Radford was the original guitarist for the first and original version of Edgar Winters WHITETRASH, (keep Playin' That Rock and Roll, etc.) So, that is where he actually came from in the beginning. A lot of people don't really know much about Floyd, but I was listening to those albums back in the day so that is how I know.

  • Not many guys had the chance to play rhythm guitar with Johnny Winter; Floyd Radford is one of them who was good and lucky enough to tour with Johnny's band in 1974-75. Floyd went on to graduate with an engineering degree afterwards... kudo Floyd!!

  • Think he was with Edgar earlier, but he joined Johnny in the early-mid 70s. Johnny took a break for a couple years after 1971, and this was who he re-emerged with. Smoking, no? Rivals any two-guitar classic band, but I love the "And" lineup.

  • Who the hell is Floyd Radford??? Excuse my ingnorance.......

  • OMG, yeah, I'd much rather see some doofus talking rather than hear Johnny smokin' on that guitar.

    NOT!!!!
