It took me a moment to actually realize Obama actually said that in a state of Union address. My jaw dropped and then I went into a roar of laughter. Its that kind of joke. I still laugh when I watch it.

THAT IS A LIE. You can look up the data on the US Treasury website. Regan TRIPLED the Deficit. Bush-1 increased in by 54%. Clinton a modest 25%. While Bush02 only doubled the debt, he doubled it from $6 Trillion to over $12 Trillion. Obama has added about $3 to $4 trillion, most of which was actually Republican policies.
