Close to the finish of the boys skate race at Giants Ridge(Silver course). Raleigh Goessling won the 5K with the time of 14:30.

@russiaNumber2 @maspholm Hahaha the "probably team qualifier" was in fact me, Thomas Kendrick.  This was one of the worse races in my ski career, but I didn't realize I looked this bad until just now.

Luke looked faster than him. That's probably because he was. 42nd for Luke vs. 50th for Kendrick.

Good race to both of them though!

@maspholm actually the "kid" from St.paul Central is Michael Van Voorhis, I am one of the Assistant coaches at Central. So definitely no Thomas, sorry.

Nice commentary. Side note: The kid was most definitely Thomas Kendrick. The "turn technique" is how it is supposed to be done, not "technique break-down". Also, Minneapolis South qualified from Section 3, not St. Paul Central.
