IMHO
The MOX8 has NOTHING on the XS8, I was going to buy one last month on an impulse of how cheap the price was and remembered when I did a side by side with an XF8 and S 90XS the MOX8 action was sloppier than that of the XF8 and S90Xs. So I decided to give it another test and again same thing at two different music stores ,..and I have issues the XF8 after having a bad experience already,...fortunately Guitar Center still has XS8s still in stock and well the rest is history

@audioproducer88 Though most of these sounds are in the mox8 i do miss the other features but theres one thing I really enjoy during the times of gigging , it is half the weight of the XS so that takes a load off so that part about it is nice.

@audioproducer88 The only reason is because you can buy extra sounds like this XSpanded kit and the mox8 pretty much what you get already built in is all you get and it's missing the sliders,and after touch as well as the ribbon controller and has a kind of small screen compared to the XS other than that I like the MOX for what it is and the cheaper price haha that was definately something to like!

Ohhh ok thank you very much, I just got a MOX8 , not as good as the XS but it has all 1217 sounds of the XS so I figured that would do for a first workstation , but I do thank you for the response. cool playing :)

"XSpand Your World" is a DVD-ROM containing a bunch of additional voices that you can load into user memory on the XS. It comes with various Motif bundles. In this video, some of the voices (USR1:E01 @ 2:22, USR2:H04 @ 10:15, USR1:A13 @ 11:04, USR1:B14 @ 13:07, USR2:E16 @ 13:46) come from that library.
