That's extremely good work you doin there eh? Did you print the template out from your computer? Could you email me the file? P.S. check out my gun review videos on my channel if you've a mind.

@BobbyIronsights Hello. I got the trigger mech here on you tube.. If you look at my favorites on my channel it is the 30 th down the line. It is a Japanise channel. I paused it when the trigger mech was in view ,blew it up to full size on my computer screen, traced around it, then made some cardboard templates, then made the aluminium parts from those cardboard templates. A little long winded and old fashioned i know but it worked in the long run. Hope this helped. Lee

I have been looking for a simple but working mechanical trigger mechanism. This might just be it. Granted, my xbow has spring feather from a old car suspension as the bow. It is not a pretty sight, and previous trigger tests, left the steel wire frayed..

Coming along lovely mate, the unglued sandwiched wood technique works well doesn't it , easy to get at the parts and re adjust things before the final assembly
looking forward to seeing more.
Mike.

@WeaponCollector yes the sandwich method is the way forward i reccon, easy access to the trigger n all that. i managed to get some springs from a gun shop today and have got it running perfect,(took me 3 hours though)
