For a soldier who was literally trained never to quit, never to surrender and that we couldnt loose....but who has grown to old to fight and who was to good to have been felled by a fellow combatant.....This is a hard song to listen to, sometimes we do lose. We fall into a middle ground where no one knows or cares about those who dwell there. We arent able to fight but we never fell in battle so now we just have to exsist. And to those of us who live there its as if weve been swallowed by hell
