SIFE Acadia has partnered with Water Watch Acadia to end the sale and distribution of bottled water on Acadia University's campus. Bottled Water is both expensive for us as students and harmful to the environment. SIFE Acadia is planning to install 22 carbon-filtered water bottle refill stations across campus to increase access to tap water. Because it's carbon filtered it will take out the chlorine taste in Acadia's water supply. SIFE is very proud to announce that Acadias very own Ivan Curry School of Engineering will build SIFE the first prototype water refill station this semester as part of their course curriculum.
