It's all diet buddy. Most guys hold fat on the low stomach / sides/ back. It will be the last fat to leave you and the first to come back if you gain weight.

question, i have some chunk on the lower sides of my back and i just can't figure out a good exercise to get rid of it. it might just be diet. my diet could be better but if could definitely be worse. any suggestions?
