This is a song Paul and I wrote and performed at our friends' wedding. Congratulations Emily and Dickie! (Please don't kill us.)

A little background:
Emily was my little in Aphio, we would watch Friends together, and she had an unhealthy obsession with cereal.
Dickie dated a lot of girls in Aphio, he's been trying to get everyone to call him "Richard" instead of "Dickie" because it sounds more professional, he's really good at Settlers of Catan, and Emily gave him a ring that's ginormous and that he refers to as "the Ring of Sauron."

It's hard to believe / that Dickie is married (even though Yong tried to break you guys up).
I thought this player / still had his edge.
Who knew that / after dating (all those lovely APO girls),
He would end up with her, / an innocent pledge (eh, that sounds just like his style).

Those child-bearing hips of yours / ain't got no clout!
You can't tame Dickie, / the notion's absurd,
No matter how you try to civilize him, / he'll never be Richard.

In reality Emily's / the one in control (with the ring of Sauron).

(For those of you unaware, Settlers of Catan is a popular strategic board game that many men without wives, girlfriends, or lives spend endless hours playing, just like you, Isaac.)
