Kum Kum - her real name was Zaibunnisa . It was in the news in 80 's that she married an engineer from Dammam and was staying with her husband. Then afterwards no news of late.

This is one of talaat's best duets. It is incredible that a film with two of the best duets(also muhammad rafi/ lata-kahan leke chale), is not very popular-especially with such a lovely actress as kumkum!

May be, besides looks and talents, an artist needs luck? Or may be allowing her to go all the way? I share the sentiments of both ib422000 and kchopra4080able about the vivacious Kum Kum. Like many others, I am sure, I do not even know anything about her except she started her cine career with a song in 'Aar paar' in early 50's.

She is indeed a missing piece of the hearts of true lovers of femininity and pure appeal. I have searched for her whereabouts, to no avail. A fleeting glimpse of her mischievous, tantalizing, teasing allure is all she left us with.. I am an older man of 67, and still get a flutter every time she appears in these clips, and in old movies.

Kum-Kum, who must have been a very charming actress, I find her easy on the eyes beauty, ready smiles, wonderful acting abilities and near perfect dancing skills as something rare to find in one person. Where ever she is now, may God continue to shower His special attention to her, as always.Would love to write to her but don't know where.
