Paulina Lies to Jake That She Slept With Kevin

When Jake asks Paulina if she slept with Kevin, she lies to him that she did, devastating him. The visibly hurt Jake says that Paulina doesn't love Kevin, and Paulina says there are all different kinds of love, and that Kevin is good for her and Jake isn't. Jake accuses her of doing this as payback, which makes her angry. Then Jake says that he's been trying to win Paulina back the right way because he loves her and he thought that she loved him, but she can forget it. He asks her how she could sleep with Kevin, then says he doesn't know her at all, not at all, and turns to leave. Ada comes over and asks Paulina if she's okay, and Paulina replies that she has to be, and it was the only way. On his way out, Jake sees Kevin and tells Kevin if he wants a war, he's got one.
