@Aushiker: Watching the video, I see the light works very much like a flashlight. The housing is placed in the end cap, and then tightened into place at :32s. The continuity error they made in editing the video is that at :50 seconds they are inserting a the light without the battery, even though the demonstrated how the battery is installed at :24. It appears that a 180 degree clockwise rotation will remove the housing and allow one to replace the battery.
First thoughts: (1) No indication as to how to charge the battery or does it involve removal every time? (2) No video of it in action in real riding conditions amongst traffic. That is a red flag for me.

I have a hard time believing that the turn signal lights are bright enough for car drivers to pay attention to them.
