Fresh hop up and first run on a ms660 for a faller in Nevada. It has a chain with only the second grind so it is at a disadvantage there. Still dialing in the jetting also. The 390 has cut a lot of wood but it has a modified combustion chamber and still runs pretty good. The 394 has a low mileage top end on it and the chain is on its 4th maybe 5th grind. All the bigger saws have a 115 driver chains with 8 tooth sprockets. The 372 has a 110 driver chain and large sprocket. It is has a BB kit on it with about a tank of gas run through it - the carb is pretty much dialed in here. It is another Frankensaw with not all stock 372 componets. Check out the difference between this run and test #1 for the 660 before the chain and carb are adjusted. Also notice the big difference with the 390 and 372 dealing with the knots. The 660 clipped a knot too. Thanks for watching and have a nice day!

  • Hello. It is the number of drivers in 3/8s pitch for the particular bar. Which tells you the length (kind of). Stihl says they have a 3' bar. It is actually a 34.5" or 114 drivers, Husky's are 115 as measured from the end of the bar stud groove to the tip. A bar with 119 drivers - 3/8s - is the 3' version. The 33" bar is a 110 driver unit. 32" is 105, in Stihl it is104 drivers. All of the above is based on a 7 tooth sprocket. Add a driver when running an 8 tooth sprocket.

    Thanks for watching!

  • you have some sweet bush fashion going on brother, love the vertical stripes, tucked in shirt. looks like you want to go on a date with a bigfoot

  • A lot of dollars at your feet. it's true that in usa you can get chainsaws at a very affordable cost.

  • I love me some tree cookies

  • Love your videos. You really get into your saws. Im going that way as i have started an arborist buisness with a fellow arborist and since have bought a lot of saws. We use mostly Stihl, always very reliable. We use 660s and id love to know your opinion on them. We work with them, get them servieced, thats about it, so id love to hear your experiences with the 660 when it comes to modding. Internals of the engine, or problems when modding etc.

  • Awesome woods ported saws. Awesome.

Definitely a lot of power. All of them sound like they're running real strong.

  • ms660 rulez :D STIHL :D:D:D
