Chocolate Rain - Garageband Remix

After a few hours of work I finally finished. This is a remake of the hit song 'Chocolate Rain' by Tay Zonday. All of the different parts are midis put in by hand and by just listening to the song over and over again.

I would like to thank Apple Inc. for their new GarageBand and iMovie, without these programs it would have never happened. I would also like to thank pskull for the donation of the single acapella loop of the original (the only recorded part of the song). And last, but certainly not least, I would like to give all the credit to Tay Zonday. HIs catchy internet tune has inspired a lot of people to create remixes, and while I'm writing this, Chocolate Rain is currently closing in on almost 10 Million views!

I seriously did this all by ear, for all those people doubting me. I literally sat in the college union for like 8 hours doing it. All those notes are put in by hand. The only thing I dropped in was the vocals. I found the excelsior track online somewhere.

It's not, that's pretty much the whole point. I shouldn't have named it a remix to begin with. I was just seeing if I could get it to sound like the original but even better. Through YouTube the sound quality isn't fantastic, but the lossless file that I have is pretty good.

Guys seriously, give the man his props. He's done this in garageband as you can clearly see from the notes seen through the editor and even on the main screen. Good work man.

@randomfailures he did'nt he did everything by ear exept the voice (i think he got the voice soundtrack but not the instrament sounds and then played the voice along with the music)

Nice job! Don't listen to anyone who says this isn't good. It is. Most of the people on here probably haven't done something like this. Everyones so critical. I think it's pretty good. Keep up the good work!
