Actually the first groups to come out against the attacks where Muslims. The largest Muslim Orginizations in the World Came out against Terrorism after 9/11. and After the fort Hood killings the US Muslim Orginizations were all over the place condeming the actions of the shooter. The fact is that Muslim groups have been coming out against terrorism and acts of terror all along you just need to do you homework. Why you may ask. The fact is that Muslim condemns Muslim is not news worthy.

I understand there is certainly a lack of MEDIA attention, but the scholars of Islam have been speaking out. Google Fatwas against terrorism. There are millions of us who voice our opinions against Terrorism, in fact the actions go against the teachings of Islam which allows us violence in self defense but protects non-combatants. I know the Mosque that I attend preaches against such acts the problem is that people like us are not useful in creating a US VS THEM mentality so you don't hear it.

Here's a little hint as to what was a major contributor. In military we have a well know policy that you begin learning first day of service and boot camp.

Its called 'Chain of Command'. Just as 'Abu Grab' jailed lowers over those responsible, in this day and age, we can skirt 'law, regulations, code of conduct, etc....JUST BECAUSE WE CAN! most dangerous, when we make rules to live by and dont follow them. His upper chain of command is guilty of 'derelection of duty'.
