It's more sidearm than submarine. Check out Kent Tekulve and Dan Quisinberry those were submarine pitchers.

@submarinepitcher it actualy depends if it helps ur arm or make it worse if u come sideways or unnaturaly submarine then it will hurt ur arm but if it feels natural and u throw strikes like this guy u should b fine

@submarinepitcher not really , if you grew up throwing over you can tear muscles if you suddenly change to a side or submarine and also the is not a natual motion. overhand is natualr and the way the girls do it is better for your arm this is not better or worse for your arm then over.

hey a few days ago i found out i can submarine pitch but im naturally a overhand pitcher but i perfer sub. pitching more .............i z there any tips/advice that i can get ?????
