and Jammy mixin at Tubby's studion with Bunny Lee, Scientist..(Deep Roots Music doc)

  • The dub is a Tappa Zukie dub, its the dub of ''Bosrah'' by Ras / Prince Alla. This is the version from the LP Tappa Zukie in Dub. Don't know why Jammy is used on this video

  • They need to start playing dub on the radio stations on da real!

  • whats the tune? anyone?

  • The video is of Prince Jammy - this is a very lame attempt

  • WTF, Facebook didn't allow me to share this video on my wall, because its "offensive"...

  • @rootsradicsfan

Harry J studio didnt belong to Jack Ruby. Jack Ruby had a sound system in Ocho Rios (or was it M'Bay?) but was renting studio time like other producers who didnt own a studio (like Bunny Lee or Sly & Robbie).

Harry J studio belongs to Harry Johnson. When Jack Ruby was producing music, Harry J was booked non stop: Bob Marley, Toots, Gregory, everyone used it. So the studio was productive.

It is still open and has a great sound and atmosphere! I used it to produce Horace Andy

  • @rootsradics fan: the studio Harry J did not belong to Jack Ruby. Jack Ruby had a sound system in Ocho Rios (or was it M'Bay?). Jarry J belongs to Harry Johnson and t cost money to rent it. At the time Jack Ruby was producing music, Harry J was booked non stop: Bob Marley, Toots, Gregory, everyone used it. So the studio was productive. It is still open and it has a wicked sound and atmosphere!

  • surprisingly awesome XD

  • Nice try mate but I worked on this doctumentry and this is not the music that went with it. But nice dub any way.

  • @vicenzo0 i care, this makes confusion for thoses who dont know.

it isnt only music, sound or fashion but CULTURE!

in this video we dont see Prince Alla the singer, or Tappa Zukie the producer, or Scientist the dubbing engineer..

When i saw this video for the first time, i expected to see mr Tappa Zukie himself making a dub session..

but as i said two years ago..its a good fake video, and i named the sources because the uploader didn't do it, its a mistake.
