  • Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO

    How long did you do this, because had you stayed focused the weight would have dropped. I lost 30 pounds in 8 weeks, on the Special K diet and doing aerobics two times a week. The weight came off quick, try it and rememeber to drink plenty of water.
