i used a variety of effects and settings for the sound...i have a compressor on, flanger on with somewhat of a high speed and a moderate depth, i have a delay on as well, reverb is on too...

The pedal used for that part is the Boss RV-3 Digital Reverb/Delay

You can get a RV-5 though, same thing with new settings.
