July 20 - Aug 17 (17.5lbs lost) Here is my video journal. I have adopted a Mediterranean style of eating. This consists of mostly proteins, and green veggies. I only eat whole wheats but not that often. I occasionally eat fruit but again, not that often. Lean meats are a biggie. The key for success for me is eat often but not a lot. For instance, i eat about 3oz of meat for breakfast then again I eat at 11:30a and then again 3:30p and then again at 7p. No eating after 7p and drink lots of water. Because I eat so frequently... I'm NEVER hungry. It's just that simple. I haven't done any exercising or anything... I hope this helps...

I did start off (for only 3 days) using a regimen, but I quickly discovered that the key is to pay attention to what you are putting in your body. Therefore, I stick to what I know is good for me.
