They are born in Turkey but not their ancestors who came from the Circassia. They run away from a possible genocide by Russians. They found refuge in Turkey and Jordan mostly. Today there are millions of Circassian living in the diaspora. They are a closed society. They do not mingle with the Turk too much. I hope they will live to see their dream come true which is to return back to their land. They are Muslim, by the way. Adighe means Circassian to the best of my knowledge. Hope this helps :)

Well to all of you who thinks that this a some kind of a Russian "Polka"music. First Adighe is a Cicassian word for caucasian people who were living many thousands years ago in Caucasus. Unfortunately Caucasus is in the Russian boarder. But that doesnot mean that they are Russians!! There is a difference between Russians and Circassian people like all other Republics up there.

As far as a person belongs to a culture, he or she also has the same customs as the members of that particular culture. That's why a person watching this wedding party would think it belongs to some kind of "Russian" (slavic) tribe. Because of the particular music style (which sounds to me like "polka").

So what's the name of the country you were born? What's your mother tongue? You say you're not Turkish, either Russian. What does "Adigheas" mean? I think the confusion comes from the video title in Turkish.
