  • @balmunk Not a big fan but you could use them to increase water intake. As long as it's kept under 50 kcal's then it should be fine.

  • I know you say that you're only supposed to drink water / black coffee / green tea during fasts, but where do you stand on things such as flavourings for water? I'm not a huge fan of water, but I drink large amounts of cordial (mixed with water, obviously). The cordial I drink is very low in calories, 1 fl oz is just 14 calories. Just curious, what is your opinion?

  • @niverent I totally agree. Add in the proliferation of processed foods and constant food advertisements it's no wonder we are in an Obesity epidemic right now.

  • Yes! They advise us to eat 5-6 meals a day for profit. If you want to take it a step further they want us fat, weak, fatigued, slow, dull, stupid, and dependent. In other words: the Perfect Consumer (helpless with endless appetite). Compared to the IFer: sharp, strong and free!
