National Guard Diet:
This is a new diet the National Guard put out and it is proven to be effective. You will lose 10 pounds in 3 days guaranteed and UP TO 40 pounds in one month if you follow it to the tee. For 3 days you eat what's on the diet, then the next 4 days you go back to normal eating. This is the diet they are giving to all the people on the overweight program.
FOODS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THIS DIET:
Dairy:
2 eggs (1 hard boiled, 1 whatever)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Fruits:
1 grapefruit
2 small apples
3 bananas
1/2 cantaloupe or 1 cup mixed fruit
Vegetables:
1 cup green beans
2 cups red beets
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1 cup cauliflower
Meats:
2 slices (3 oz.) any kind of meat
1 1/2 cups dry tuna (packed in water)
2 hot dogs
Breads:
4 slices dry toast
10 saltine crackers
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Menu:
First Day:
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice dry toast, 2 tbsp. peanut butter
Lunch: 1/2 cup dry tuna, 1 slice dry toast
Dinner: 2 slices (3 oz.) any type of meat, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup red beats, 1 small apple, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Second Day:
Breakfast: 1 egg (any way), 1 slice toast, 1 banana
Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese and 5 saltine crackers
Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Third Day:
Breakfast: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 banana, 1 small apple
Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice dry toast
Dinner: 1/2 cup dry tuna, 1 cup red beats, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe or 1 cup frozen mixed fruit, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
This is a diet that works on a chemical breakdown and is proven. DO NOT VARY OR SUBSTITUTE ANY of the above foods. Salt and pepper may be added. NO OTHER SEASONINGS OR SPICES. This diet is to be used ONLY 3 DAYS AT A TIME. In 3 days you will lose 10 lbs. After 3 days, resume normal eating but DO NOT OVERDO IT. After 4 days of normal eating, start the diet again. You can lose up to 40 lbs. in a month if you stick to this diet. IT IS SAFE!!!
DON'T EAT BETWEEN MEALS. DRINK BLACK COFFEE OR TEA WITHOUT CREAM OR SUGAR.
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!!
Again, my mom found this so this is just copied from the sheet she gave me. She is a nurse and a few people from her work said they did lose 10 pounds in 3 days. The hardest part was the beats lol yucky!

thanks, but it is hard to see with that shirt...i deff had pretty big hips and my belly was getting rolls. i am at a better weight now, but i still have a while to go. i want to get more toned too and get in shape
