  • Excellent work, very tough exercises. Thank you for posting. How often should you do this to avoid injury? Tried them yesterday and I'm still really sore hehe.

  • 2 times a week for two weeks. Three times a week after that.

  • Simple - but as I never thought of it, praise to Paul Zaichik!

I am going to try this soon.

  • Let us know how it works out for you.

I have these handgrip things. You put them in your hands and just grip and grip more til your hand is a single muscle lol and i work with Bo Staff rotation.

  • that's a hell of a workout matey, well done!

  • Fare point BWC i`m just saying be a bit cautious. keep healthy :)

  • @w1ganchris

Keep in mind, if you do a bench press with 200lbs and drop that on your chest, you may have a problem.

  • i was thinking the same! couple of potential wrist breaking exercises. some great 1`s too, but slip on that pole with all bodyweight forcing wrists inwards and ouch...........make sure cell phone on voice rec before doing these!

  • you can break your wrist with that 4:00 exercise
