Evaluating the Liberal Budget Amendment - Part 2

This is part 2 of 3 in a series about the Liberal Party's amendment to and support of Federal Budget 2009. In the first video, I asked "Is this a good move for the Liberals strategically?" I concluded that the move is so-so strategically. In the second video, I ask whether the move makes for good public policy. I conclude that it is bad from a public policy perspective because it creates an enormous deficit (contra fiscal conservatives) without delivering the kind of stimulus that the left was seeking.
