i dont know about this product, but i bought some "EFX Kre-Alkalyne" i live in europe so it was like 45€ for 240 capsules, that shit work great for me one hour before i go to the gym i take 2 capsules.. and i can really feel that it gives me power and i get pumped its really good try it out but from EFX

I'd like to add that the typical water retention and quick bulking effects of unbuffered creatine don't occur with kre-alkalyn. I believe this is better because you're not tricked by the early weight gain and bulk into thinking you gained actual muscle. Although I do agree that there probably are better creatine supplements out there, it isnt fair to compair kre-alkalyn with a compound supplement containing more than just creatine-monohydrate. @sL4v1s4 True True! The original patent is made by EFX and the original Kre-Alkalyn is by EFX. The twins got a brand that tryes to copy EFX thats why it didnt work.
