The ultimate cluster is complete. The needles are made from Electroluminescent film known as EL. This material is used in LCD TV's, back light displays or anything that requires illumination. EL is shock proof, does not give off heat, the film is bendable and has a long life span. The EL needles are white. The back light is done with blue LED's. This fits 1992-1996 Lexus ES300.
