  • @RagingDemon89 no idea, the guy who makes my program says do em so i do. im guessing obliques, lats, deltoids if your arms r straight. bunch of stuff.

  • @shivaskateteam What muscles are worked in this exercise?

  • youre supposed to keep your arms straight the whole time so you lift it above your head, wayyyy harder.
