Erica came to me ready for a change and ready to get her life back together...She worked soooooo hard and impressed me to the MAX...In 12wks she was able to knock off 31lbs and over 15% bodyfat...She is one of the most dedicated girl I have ever worked with...She was a self motivator but needed the extra push just like anyone out there...She WON Miss Teen Missouri in 2010 and Competed at the Miss Teen USA in the Bahamas in July 2010..Im very proud of her hard work and dedication....Great Job Erica!!!

Thanks to James Hanton and HitchFit Gym I went to Miss Teen USA 2010 looking my best. My year as Miss Missouri Teen USA started as roller coaster with putting on weight before nationals and then needing to lose it before I left for the Bahamas to compete at Miss Teen USA. I had tried doing it on my own, but I couldn't this time. James Hanton at HitchFit gym saved my year as Miss Missouri Teen USA, he went above and beyond to get me back in competition shape. There were many times I felt like giving up until I would get my daily text from James encouraging me and pushing me to be my best. Getting back in shape seemed near impossible, but with HitchFit I reached my goal and looked better than before. James was more than a trainer he was my biggest fan and believer through my journey. He put together custom workouts that helped target areas on my body that I wanted in top condition. I always left hitch fit with a smile on my face even though I had just been pushed to the limit.
