I heard that the compression is 15lbs of pressure vs. the 45lbs of pressure required for the regular mammogram.
I told my husband that I would lie down on the floor and he could step on them before I would do it again.
The other alternative is to have a bottle of wine before I go or ask for a shot of strong pain med.
Regular mammos feel like someone is stabbing me. My breast are extremely dense.
My 4oth birthday present was an ultrasound, that even hurt!
