I agree. Sam Cooke just killed with all of his stuff. McCartney loves Sam Cooke's stuff as much as anybody, and he did a great job on this cover.

This is a good cover, much better than Lennon's. But, as others here have already said, nothing can touch Cooke's original version. The Animals come closest to it.
