@eveinpanic It depends on the size! If the Black Hole is bigger then the other, then it will just swallow the small one up, but if they are the same size, they do just make a bigger black Hole!

The sun, (as predicted) Has lived for about 5 Million years... and has roughly 5 million years to live, so those of you hoping to see the collision, you better start thinking of some way to get away from our sun, (Not to mention extend your life that long) so good luck! LOL

Trust me guys, if I was on the planet 3 billion years from now we would collide with the largest star in the other galaxy. My luck is that bad.

A number of stars get pulled out of the main portion of the galaxy as tidal tails or "streams" of stars, but the gravity of the galaxies are so strong that it's very unlikely that an individual star would be ejected.
