Alyssa Righter - Lyssie needs our prayers - She has a inoperable brain tumor

Alyssa's tumor has returned, it is now in her brain stem and inoperable, we are doing all we can to buy her more time.A friend has a fund set up for her final expense's, Alyssa's Fund c/o Ellen Ann McNeal 11 Griffin field Rd. Livermore Falls, ME. 04254 My name is Alyssa, and I have a diagnosis of anaplastic ependymoma stage 3 Brain cancer in the 4th ventricle & in the brain stem, and some in my spinal column.It was Aug.31 2007.I was 9 & 1/2 months old when we found out. I was in the Hospital for 7 & 1/2 months I've had three brain surgeries, and 3 major stomach surgery's, due to complications of steroids, I was in SCU 2 for about 7 weeks, and almost died 3 times. I have a G-tube, which I get my major source of nutrition from. I spent the rest of my time in the BBCH they are awesome!!! I am now 2 years & 4 months old, and am a very happy and very good baby. I live with my grandparent's who are mommy's parents. where I have lived since I was born Nov.15 2006.

And they love me more than anything. I guess you could say I'm their WORLD. everything revolves around me, and Grandma & Grandpa thinks it should. Alyssa has recently had her MRI and it is clear. in January 2010 it will be two years she has been tumor free. It's been a long journey, good and bad if that makes any since. She will be three on Nov. 15th I am thrilled and amazed at how well she has handled this disease thrown at her, she never wanted or ask for or deserved. None of our children do. Hope you will stop in and leave her a message so she can read when she is older. I'm believing God that Alyssa is a miracle. They do still happen. Alyssa routine MRI on Sept. 3 2010 showed she had new tumors,on Sept 9TH the DR. went in and removed what he could. He said that the brain stem has a lot of tumor, his words "massive aggressive inoperable. She stated chemo (Dana Faber Protocol) on Oct 20th, and will be having a spine MRI on the 29th as she also has tumors in her spine, she will receive radiation on her spine. Her head neck & top of spine has reached the max levele for radiation. Please PLEASE KEEP PRAYING FOR A MIRACLE, I KNOW THIS IS ONLY BUYING ME. MORE TIME WITH HER, I'M JUST NOT READY TO LET MY ANGEL GET HER WINGS AND TAKE FLIGHT NOT JUST YET. OH LORD HEAR MY CRY,

WOW she is beutiful, Praying for this sweet 4 year old little girl and her family that they have more time with her and that the Lord will heal her and if not that He will give the family Peace threw all of this.
