Its so bad in milwaukee that someone will mug u for only 10 bucks at night. Same bars get robed every night just about also. Police could sting an area and catch them, but they all corrupted so crime goes rampant in that city, best thing to do when its that corrupt.... Move out. Mayor made his bed by doing nothing, and now hes laying in it.
