if this is based on beauty or acting..Shilpa shouldnt be number one, Rani and Aishwarya deserve the top spot. Shilpa is just riding on her 15 minutes of fame..No hard feelings for her, but i dont believe shes the hottest thing we have, shes artificial, wears contacts, aish and rani have natural beautiful eyes.
