Hey camoulette, you might have been one of the people who told him he couldn't play baseball. In his 1st two years in the majors he won rookie of the year, MVP, a gold glove, a silver slugger, a world series, not to mention he saved a no hitter and made the all star team. Still think he's to small for baseball?

I'm reading his biography too. Your totally right. His life was filled with people who told he he couldn't but he did, plus (especially camouellette) he proves that MVP's aren't always the big guys who hit home runs, baseball is skill. Sometimes it means playing small ball and sometimes it means hitting for power. I may be a girl but I know more about baseball than most of the guys that I know. Pedroia really deserved that MVP award.

Exactly just like most players like him...Im glad Manny is not on the Red Sox anymore..cause sure he gots lots HR's but did he really do anything when they needed it and his fielding sucked. Jason Bay is much better. And is a great clutch hitter.
