I remember Janet well in these races. All 5'4" of her against the big East German swimmer Friedrich at 6'2" and Janet just trashed the field

Janet's performances got me to start swimming competitively. That sport really boosted my self-esteem and in remembering how that was, I signed up for Masters recently. Thank you Janet!

If you listen to the commentator's accent you will realize that he is not American. Don't let that fact get in the way of anti-Americanism though.
