According to what I've read. She didn't sing this to a disco track. So thats why it sound so badly off. She probally had very little to do with this. Someone just added a disco track to her vocals attempting make a dance remix with weird results. They still do this with remixes. It doesn't work because accents,, dynamics etc of the singer doesn't fit with the new track

you all seem to be missing the inate camp joy of Merman singing Cole Porter's "something for the boys"(which she introduced in the show of the same name in 1943)....Porter wrote those lyrics firmy tongue in cheek if you know what I mean , and for Merman to sing 'm on a disco album cannot be anything but a gay double hitter ....love it :-)

Not as bad as some of the previous reviewers would have you believe. Ethel could hold her own even in the the excessive 70s!
