It could mean that the battery is considered "empty" and unusable until it gets warmer. Pumping current into the battery will heat it up. How cold was it?

1500rpm is a lot even at coldstart....it doesn´t show the fuel consumption at that time ?...

Its great for fuel economy, but it doesnt have that much power and can make heavy traffic difficult to drive or merge in.

Sorry, didnt have that screen up. Thats pretty normal for cold idle. After a minute or so it drops.

The light to the left is the cold engine light. It goes off about 140 degrees and blinks red when its over heating.
