Honda Civic Type-R (EP3) On mountain pass

This is a video of me driving my car through Buckstone Pass. The car is a 2004 honda civic type-r (EP3) and is completely stock. The video lets you hear the Vtec and the limiter, and shows off some great Yorkshire driving roads.

@daggernite if that was a corolla t-sport that woulda been a fun chase lol 1.8 vvtl-i vs 2.0 vtec havn't you got a air filter for the type r?? damn they sound mean when they hit vtec with a air filter :) you see many corolla t-sport's ?? 192bhp

@Mr330d I dont have a Type-R no more, I own a S2000 these days. I never modded the civic but have experience tuned civics with exhausts and filters and manifolds and do like how they sound. Sadly I aint ever experienced a t-sport.

@daggernite t-sport's are nice too because there a little rarer my friend had 1 with a nice 4" jap exhaust on it sounded really nice but struggled for more than 140 nobody want's a hot hatch that can be passed by another hot hatch diesel lol astra cdti 150 sporthatch would pull past a t-sport 236lb-ft torque

@Mr330d My favourite car is still the Fiesta ST, not the fastest but brilliant in every way. I think it depends what you look for in a car. The ST out corners and out brakes the civic type-r easily.

Is that road not fucked now since we had all the snow? I went across to the lakes early 2010 and the road was completely fucked, pot holes all over, half a foot deep in places!!! Nice vid btw! Wheres about is it? Got a rough post code so i can see how far it is? would be nice to bring my ep3 for a ride out in summer
