You have great courage. Good on you for putting yourself out there. Maybe someone will be inspired by your challenges.

Your meds certainly wont HELP. but, im so tired of the utterly unable to lose fat excuse... it goes completely against biology, chemistry and PHYSICS to expend more energy than you consume yet remain the same size or even put on weight.
of course there are factors like inefficient burning of fat, insatiable appetite and such but... eat 2000 calories, burn 2500 calories, gain weight it even stay the same after months? literally. fucking. impossible.
of course, not that i think you should.

yeah, I live in the U.S...I have heard it is like 40-60 dollars for one time use. lol, to help me I would have to do it every day, plus it is illegal here. I could switch from what I am on to Wellbutrin, which does not have the side effects I do not like, however that is $120 a month, and I can't afford that either.

interesting...lol. I don't know if that would work for me...someone in my family actually smokes weed and when he/she does it makes her/him more nervous. Sadly, I think I am going to go back on them. I have been off of them for a month, and though I lost 5 lbs, have not sweated profusively, have not had a lack of libido, and have not had dry mouth (these are all the side effects) I have been up all night worrying, and crying all the time. At least I was happy on the meds.
You are fat, their is no disputing that fact. If you ask your boyfriend if you are fat and they say no then they are lying to you.
You are fat, the doctor says you are dangerous overweight and you have breathing problems. You are in denial

I actually wrote this journal entry when I wasn't fat. Yes, now I am fat. My HUSBAND admits that I am overweight but not in a degrading way. He loves me and says I am beautiful to him. I have breathing problems because I have asthma and have had asthma since I was 11.

You can be "voluptuous", but at least be physically fit. I'm sure if you exercise, you'll feel better about yourself and won't even care about size or the media or eating. You should really try to change your thinking and do what's actually healthy for you. I know you're going to cite asthma as a problem, but learn to overcome weaknesses. I know many friends who overcame the symptoms of asthma.
weight must be very bothersome to you, since you vlog about it so often.... just an observation.

I do exercise every day, despite my asthma. I take my inhaler 15 min before exercising. I also walk a lot. 2 miles to school and 2 miles back. Yes, weight is bothersome to me because (Not just the media) but people do not treat me like other people, they automatically assume I am lazy and dirty, and stupid, and cannot control myself. When really...I do exercise, I try and eat the healthiest I can afford, I don't eat a lot, but my meds will not allow me to lose no matter how hard I try.
