Just face each other - and try to keep your hips & shoulders as straight as you can - while extending your arm out to reach for the other persons arm. The farther away you are - the better :) The close the feet, the more difficult. Try and get as many as you can. Get out of the rut with that boring plank... add some variety to it. Get 4 people and have a little fun with some competition. You have to enjoy it - to want to do it again.
